This Privacy Policy describes how Catch (“Catch,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.catchleads.ai, book a demo, or use Catch Leads (the “Service”).

Information we collect

We collect information you give us and information created when you use the Service:

• Account and contact details, such as name, shop name, email, phone number, and booking notes.
• Business content you connect or upload, such as website URLs, forms, messages, and review replies.
• Customer records you store in Catch, including lead names, phone numbers, and conversation history.
• Usage data, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, IP address, and approximate location.
• Cookies or similar tools needed to run the site, remember preferences, and understand traffic.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• Provide, secure, and improve Catch Leads, including SMS follow-up and review features.
• Set up your shop, train your agent, and respond to support or demo requests.
• Send service notices, and marketing only if you ask for it or applicable law allows it.
• Detect abuse, enforce our Terms, and meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it with vendors that help us operate the Service (for example hosting, messaging, analytics, and calendar booking), with your instruction when you connect a shop tool, or if the law requires it. Those vendors may only use the information to provide their service to us.

Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, or security requirements. You can ask us to delete account data, subject to those limits.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of promotional email. Children

The Service is for businesses, not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security and international transfers

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission is completely secure. If we process information outside your country, we do so under contracts and other safeguards allowed by law.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
